The TSAR-1 was designed with ease of use in mind.
Instead of countless controls, the user interface features five sliders and a few toggle options.
However, once you've used it, you'll find that you don't even need to use these simple controls. That's because it comes with a set of reliable presets.
This should cover most reverb needs. The presets have simple names that describe their purpose, and once you find a setting you like, all you need to do is make a few tweaks and you're ready to go.

- Pre-Delay: Use for rhythmic effects or to carefully time the tail to the early reflections.
- Time: Lengthen or shorten the reverb tail.
- Density: Choose between smooth, modern, and dense, or thin, rich, and vintage.
- Tone: Darken or brighten. No need to adjust multiple knobs to get the character you want.
- High Cut: Cut high frequencies.
- Early Reflection Type: Choose from large, medium, or small.
- Early Reflection Mix: Adjust the early reflections with the Mix knob.
- Diffusion: Add smoothness to a snare, for example.
- Modulation: Choose between vintage-style chorus-like modulation or stylish modern modulation.
- Interactive Display: View both the current and previous settings. Click each parameter value display to switch settings.
- Extensive Preset Library: Includes 41 carefully designed presets, categorized into ""Modern"" and ""Vintage"" sets. The Modern Set focuses on today's trendy reverb sounds, while the Vintage Set emulates the character of classic reverbs that still appeal to today.
