Wasted Space builds on this legacy.

Practical Features
With its retro-futuristic interface and practical features, Wasted Space is also an ideal tool for innovative sound design. Wasted Space's variable sample rate from 2400 Hz to 24000 Hz lets you quickly find your lo-fi sweet spot, and the 12dB, 24dB, and 48dB filters let you shape the distortion. Turning the filter off provides the most aggressive distortion, while 48dB provides the smoothest reverb. The 20 Hz-2 kHz high-pass slider reduces high-frequency distortion while preserving low-frequency distortion. This eliminates rumble caused by increased low frequencies.
