API / 525A

In addition to variable attack and 7-stage release, it features Ceiling Control, which simultaneously adjusts compression amount and compensation gain. Skillfully combining API's proprietary transformers and 2510 and 2520 op-amps, it maintains the original sonic characteristics while achieving the reliability, durability, and consistent quality common to all API products.
