現代のポップスやEDMに欠かせない、太くエッジの効いたサウンドを作るならMASSIVEの右に出るものはありません。重低音が唸るキラーベースからオケを突き抜けるリードまで、トラックの主役になる強力な音色がすべて揃っていることが最大の強みです。ダウンロード納品版なので、購入後すぐにアクティベートしてその日から楽曲制作に導入できます。
また、初心者でも迷わず「視覚的」に音作りができる点も見逃せません。LFOやエンベロープなどのモジュレーションを、割り当てたいツマミにドラッグ＆ドロップするだけ。ツマミの周りに動きの幅がカラー表示されるため、音がどう変化しているかが一目でわかります。パズル感覚でツマミをひねるだけで、あっという間にプロフェッショナルな質感へと辿り着けます。
おすすめの活用法として、まずは「生楽器へのレイヤー（重ね掛け）」です。私の経験上、エレキギターの良さが出る4000Hzより少し上の帯域を埋める形で、MASSIVEのきらびやかなシンセ音をベースとして薄く重ねると、ギター単体では出せないモダンな厚みと抜け感が生まれて最高に良い感じになります！もちろん低音の補強にもバッチリで、エレキベースの下にシンプルなサイン波（Sub Bass）を重ねるだけで、スマホのスピーカーでもしっかり低音が聴こえるサウンドが即座に完成します。
さらに、EDMのビルドアップで使われる「シュー」というライザーサウンドやノイズ成分も一瞬で作れます。歴史ある定番シンセだからこそ、ネット上に無料・有料のプリセットパックが膨大に存在し、即戦力として本当に優秀です。定番のベース音以外にもどんどん試して、自分だけのサウンドを見つけてください！
