SDX NEW YORK STUDIOS VOL.1 is an SDX expansion drums sound source that contains the core sound library (Avatar - S2.0 Core Library) of SUPERIOR DRUMMER 2.0, which is also known as the original and most powerful drums sound source.

This is the first "NEW YORK STUDIO" series product from TOONTRACK and was recorded at Avatar Studios (New York), which is known as one of the world's best sound environments and is used by famous artists such as Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Journey, Kings of Leon, and The Clash. The recording was carefully done by the engineers Neil Dorfsman and Pat Thrall, who have worked with a wide range of top artists,s including Meatloaf, Celine Dion, Nick Lachey, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Dire Straits, Beyonce, Bjork, Kiss, Joss Stone, Genesis, and John Mayer, and the professional drummer Nir Z, who recorded the live drum sounds.

The sounds of S2.0, which have been used in various situations around the world, fuse with the various tools of SUPERIOR DRUMMER 3, which is said to be the most powerful drum sound source ever, to provide a unique and powerful sound.
