Containing over 50 rare instrument sounds, Caprakan fuses traditional instruments from Andean and Mesoamerican cultures with electronic oscillators.

These rare sound sources include deep percussion, expressive wind instruments, intricate string instruments, and organic noise-like sources, which provide color for the conception and design of wonderful music and sounds.

Earthy, dark, and sometimes cinematic, Caprakan is inspired by the Mayan mountain and earthquake god.
Fierce and powerful, Caprakan vibrates and shatters matter, creating a sound so powerful it can travel hundreds of kilometers.
Along with Huracan, Caprakan has allowed the culture of Latin America, freed from colonialism, to continue to develop its instruments and create a completely unique style of electronic music tool.

Drawing on our extensive experience creating the sound worlds of award-winning AAA video games, we created Caprakan as a comprehensive sound palette that offers a carefully curated selection of all the potential layers of a musical composition: rhythm, melody, harmony, texture, and more.

Within our animistic sampler engine MNDALA 2, these incredibly deep samples open up endless possibilities.
