Overview

This is an additional MIDI groove pack for the TOONTRACK drum library, featuring progressive rock and heavy rock, created by Brody Simpson, a veteran drummer active in Australia. . It contains a wide variety of fills and grooves, as well as a good balance of different time signatures, so that you can build the “foundation” of a progressive song simply by laying out the MIDI files (rhythm patterns) in your DAW software. If you play the rhythm patterns with a guitar in hand, it will immediately become a useful songwriting tool!

Drum grooves inspired by progressive metal and heavy rock

Covers 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 7/8 time signatures and straight feel

Categorizes grooves by song section (intro, verse, chorus, bridge, etc.)

Tempo range: 64-180 BPM

MIDI grooves are mapped to the standard drum kits (*) of EZ DRUMMER, EZ DRUMMER 2, and SUPERIOR DRUMMER 2.0. You can also use the MIDI mapping conversion function of EZ PLAYER PRO to apply them to drum sound sources made by other companies!
