Dime is one of the most influential and legendary guitarists who defined the metal sound. His overwhelming achievements and presence are recognized by 333% of people, just like his trademark number.

IK Multimedia has modeled the effects, amps, and cabinets that Dime used during the recording of Pantera's Groundbreaking metal album, "Cowboys From Hell." Now, you can use the same gear and sounds as Dime as plug-ins on your desktop app or DAW.

D Dimebag'ssound is one of a kind. You can tell it's Dimebag just by the way he holds his guitar and makes a sound. I was really lucky to have met him. My friend and I'll never forget how studio work with him took me to another level. I wouldn't be where I am today without him. I'm lucky to be a part of the project to create the Dimebag Darrell CFH Collection for AmpliTube. I can't wait for everyone to hear this sound.

Dimebag Darrell CFH Collection
Gear
The Dimebag Darrell CFH Collection features nine new gear models, including two amps, two cabs, and five stompboxes that Dime used on the "Owboys From Hell" album. In addition to all the stomp boxes used on the album, it also includes the highly sought-after Randall RG 100 ES amp, which has been meticulously modeled, and a completely new model of the 1986 Roland JC-120 stereo combo amp.

Two amp models
Darrell 100
It is modeled after the Randall RG 100 ES. This solid-state, 120-watt amp was the model that Dimebag used from the beginning of his career with Pantera.

Jazz Amp 120 CFH
This amp is modeled after the Roland JC-120 from 1986. This stereo amp was used on the song "emetery Gates "and has been finely tuned to achieve the same sound.


Two types of cabinets
Darrrell 412
is modeled on the Randall 412 JB and works perfectly with the Darrell 100.

JP Jazz CFH
is the stereo cabinet section of the Roland JC-120 combo amp, which has 2x12 "speakers.

5 Stomp Boxes
6 Band EQ
This is modeled on the MXR 6-band graphic EQ, which is perfect for adjusting and boosting the sound in front of the amp.

Pre EQ 3
This is a 3-band parametric EQ modeled on the Furman PQ-3, which allows flexible sound shaping.

Dime Wah
This is modeled on the Dunlop Cry Baby GCB95. It has been carefully modeled to reproduce the DDime'slead sound.

Flanger Doubler
This is modeled on the MXR Flanger Doubler, which has two types of effect. The Dime was mainly used in DOUBLER mode to thicken up the sound.

Dime Noise Gate
This is a very fast and responsive noise gate modeled on the Rocktron Hush IIB.


DIM for the dynamic sound of the Dime
The Dimebag Darrel CFH Collection uses the latest Dynamic Interaction Modeling technology to reproduce the sound of the Dime with amazing realism. The IK development team has been researching and developing digital models of analog equipment for over 20 years and development, and with DIM, they have succeeded in not only modeling all the parts and components but also faithfully reproducing even the minute nuances and character of the non-linear interactions between the parts and components within the circuit.

As a result, you can get incredibly intense and heavy riffs and ferocious leads with the same sound and feel as the real Dime gear.

AmpliTube Custom Shop is a free amp simulator for Mac/PC. You can use a free combination of 24 models of gear, including dual signal chains, tuners, pedalboards, amps, cabinets, microphones, and rack effect sections. The Custom Shop is a virtual instrument store that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, where you can try out the Dimebag Darrell CFH Collection gear and purchase individual models or the complete CFH Collection.

Dime was a player who could act as hilariously as he could play destructively. Even the most difficult sessions were bearable because of his sense of humor. In addition to being a perfectionist in the studio and on stage, like Vince Neil (Motley Crue), th service-oriented style had a positive impact on the band, cre,w, and audience alike. The vast experience and live methodology I gained with him are definitely alive in my studio work and touring. I am grateful for all the memories I have with him.
