Virtual Rack with Endless Possibilities
MixBox is a virtual rack that lets you create your own effects chains and channel strips, just like you would arrange modules in a 500-series rack. Seventy processors from T-RackS, AmpliTube, and SampleTank can be arranged in an 8-slot rack to create your processor chain. MixBox can be used with various DAW plug-ins for Mac and PC (AU, VST2, VST3, and AAX). VST3 and AAX) for Mac / PC or as a stand-alone application.

Create Your Own Processor Chain
MixBox allows you to create your processor chain by arranging more than 70 different processors into 8-slot racks. Each rack can be saved and instantly recalled when needed.
Once installed, processors can be instantly rearranged by dragging. The rearrangement of modules, which is a troublesome task on the actual hardware, is easy with MixBox. Let's pursue various possibilities by easily changing the module arrangement.
More than 70 Processors
MixBox incorporates many of the same high-quality processors proven in IK Multimedia's T-RackS, AmpliTube, and SampleTank. From digital effects to analog gear modeling, you can create various sounds.
From
precise modeling to new algorithmic reverbs
In addition to the still-popular dynamics processors, such as the LA2A and 1176, and real-world modeling, such as the 1073 and SSL 4000 Series channel strips, MixBox includes processors for more aggressive sound creation, such as amp distortion and tape saturation. The 71 different processors included in MixBox are designed for more aggressive sound creation.
The 71 processors included in MixBox are divided into the following categories.
Amp (9)
American Vintage T, British Tube Lead, Cabinet, Flexi Amp, Jazz Amp 120, Modern Tube Lead, Preamp, SVT Classic, Tone Control.
Channel Strip (3)
Channel Strip, EQ 81, EQ Comp.
Delay (3)

The workflow is simple and nimble
MixBox's workflow is highly visible and simple, thanks to the virtual rack-lined interface. You can concentrate on creating sounds without going back and forth between multiple windows.
All modules have dry/wet sliders to adjust the depth of the effect sound. In addition, settings for individual processors can be saved individually or by processor chain (by the rack) for immediate recall when needed.
Meets Various Needs
Whether you are shaping vocals or instruments to add warmth, altering dynamics or grooves, or creating a more aggressive sound design, MixBox can be used for various applications. In addition to the standard racks for vocals and instruments lined with your favorite EQs and dynamics processors, you can also create racks lined with filters, modulations, amplifiers, and more to use in a variety of ways to change your sound significantly.
More than 600 presets
MixBox comes preloaded with presets not only for each processor but also for entire racks of multiple processors. It is a good idea to load a preset and start working with it.
Of course, once you have your favorite settings, you can save individual processors or the rack itself as your original presets and recall them at any time.
Real-Life Gain Staging and Side Chain Inputs
The MixBox includes individual gain and dry/wet adjustments for each processor, allowing for precise gain staging just like (and in some cases, even better than) the real thing.
Each processor also supports side-chain inputs. For example, a compressor can be triggered by another signal.
Stand Alone for Live Mixing
MixBox can be a stand-alone rack for each channel during a live mix.
Eight racks with eight slots can be used simultaneously for advanced live mixing without requiring racks containing external hardware processors or dedicated mixers.
All eight racks are accessible from the main panel, making it easy to switch between racks for editing. From recalling presets for each rack, adjusting the gain of each channel, and routing the ins and outs, the interface is designed to withstand the speedy operations required for live mixing operations.
MixBox is an ideal tool for creating tones on a DAW and for more intuitive real-time mixing.
