IGS Audio / V8 Compressor

A 2-channel compressor with a completely discrete path, using only transformers and transistors.

Enchanting Compression Created from Smooth Operation and Gentlemanly Presence

The V8 compressor is constructed using only discrete components and six Cernhill transformers (three per channel). The compression element is centered around a bridge composed of four matched pulse diodes, and is also a dual-mono unit with the option to link sidechain circuits. All knobs are configured in steps for matching and recall of each channel.
