IGS Audio / BISON 500

An M/S processor module that converts dual mono compressors and EQs into parallel-compatible M/S devices.

The IGS Audio Bison 500 is a simple M/S processor with a dry/wet mixer that connects to the 500 series racks. The front panel features two stereo jack connectors (send and return) for connecting your favorite dual-mono or two mono compressors or EQs. It's one of those pieces of equipment that delivers amazing results with simple operation.

When switched on, connected compressors and EQs begin operating in mid/side mode. In this mode, the left channel controls the mid section, and the right channel controls the side channels. This allows you to create a more beautiful stereo image.
