This Vari-Mu style API 500 series compatible stereo tube compressor allows for perfect digital recall from a USB-connected DAW plugin.

_RHEA is a Vari-Mu style stereo tube compressor. It recreates the Vari-Mu style with a ""100% vacuum tube analog circuit,"" delivering natural and impactful compression.

API 500 module compatible, the analog circuit can be fully digitally controlled via the unit's USB or the _TITAN frame. Automation and digital recall of _RHEA can be easily performed from a DAW plugin.

It features a THD switch for adding harmonic distortion, a MIX knob for parallel compression, and a 3-stage sidechain filter. Attack and release times are each adjustable in 6 steps, and the INPUT, THRESHOLD, and OUTPUT can be independently set, allowing for flexible and precise sound shaping.
