This is a Sony ultra-wide-angle zoom lens exclusively for the E-mount, covering the ultra-wide-angle range from 15mm to 27mm equivalent. It uses three aspherical lenses and Super ED glass. It effectively corrects the various aberrations that occur at an ultra-wide angle of 15mm, achieving high-contrast depiction. The entire angle of view can be used at an open F value of 4, and scenes where light is insufficient, such as dynamic landscapes and sunsets, can be shot at a fast shutter speed. It also has a built-in optical image stabilization function.
