BITWIG / ES-8 Bitwig Edition

This is a Bitwig special model of the ES-8 audio interface module. It can be mounted in a Eurorack. It has four analog inputs, eight analog outputs, and eight channels of ADAT input/output. The analog jacks support DC coupling, allowing CV input/output. It supports 24-bit/96kHz.

■Audio Interface

The ES-8 Bitwig Edition is a Bitwig special model of the ES-8, a Eurorack-mountable USB 2.0 audio interface module developed in collaboration between Bitwig and Expert Sleepers, a British modular device and software manufacturer.

This compact unit boasts 12 inputs (4 analog + 8 ADAT) and 16 outputs (8 analog + 8 ADAT), with analog jacks supporting DC coupling for CV input and output. It's a must-have device for controlling modular systems with Bitwig Studio 2.

Of course, audio signal input and output are also designed for high sound quality, supporting 24-bit/96kHz. With just this one unit, you can simultaneously control Bitwig Studio 2's audio input and output, modular synth control, and even send signals from modular hardware to Bitwig Studio 2 to control software parameters.

Note: The ES-8 Bitwig Edition requires power from a Eurorack power connector. Please note that it does not operate on USB bus power.

*If you do not use a USB connection, it can also be used as a standalone ADAT to audio converter. Can be used to add DC-coupled input/output channels to other ADAT-compatible audio interfaces.
