The Shure VP83 LensHopper is an ultra-compact, rugged shotgun microphone designed for easy capture of detailed, high-resolution sound from digital SLR cameras and HD camcorders. It features a low-cut filter and three-stage gain adjustment for versatile recording environments. It also features a coiled cable.

■ Optimized for digital SLR cameras, this compact microphone provides extremely precise vibration control.
■ The output terminal uses a 3.5mm mini stereo jack, making it compatible with the external input of most digital SLR cameras.
■The camera connection point uses a standard camera shoe mount, so it can be attached not only to cameras, but also to external recorders, stands, and poles.
■The lightweight body features a metal chassis, ensuring excellent durability even in harsh shooting conditions.
■Up to 130 hours of continuous operation is possible with a single alkaline battery.
■A foam windscreen that suppresses wind noise is included as standard. An optional wind jammer is available to further reduce noise caused by strong winds.
