SYMPHOBIA is a symphonic ensemble sound source that lets you freely manipulate the large-scale, powerful orchestral sounds used in Hollywood films and other media. It offers a rich selection of sounds, including ensembles and various playing techniques using individual sections such as strings, woodwinds, and brass, as well as synth-like and sound effects based on orchestral timbres.

SYMPHOBIA does not include individual solo instruments. Unlike previous orchestral libraries, this library does not focus on individual instruments, but instead provides the sound of the entire ensemble with rich orchestration and articulation.

All of the samples that provide this power were recorded live, recreating an incredibly natural overlap that cannot be achieved by recording each instrument individually and then layering and mixing them later, resulting in a dense, rich sound. Just like the ensemble performances, effect sounds such as clusters are played by a variety of different orchestrations and sections. The sample microphone positions include ""Stage,"" which is rich with ambience, creating a cinematic, immersive sound, and ""Close,"" which uses spot microphones for each instrument in the orchestra, creating a brighter, more direct sound. Capturing even the sounds of the performers' breathing and the turning of pages, this library truly captures the atmosphere of a concert hall.

The operability for manipulating authentic sounds is also outstanding. Not only can you change articulations with key switches, but the library also comes with a wealth of features, including release trigger control, master EQ control, cluster generator, octava, and legato options.
