The BK-3 is an authentic 61-key keyboard with a built-in speaker that has a large number of Roland's high-quality tones and rhythm styles from around the world in a lightweight/compact body. 使い始めた当初は好きじゃなかった

クラシックピアノを7年やっていた者です。買った当時はキーボード及びシンセサイザーに関しては全くの初心者だったので、Rolandにしては安い！という安易な考えで購入しました。ですが、プリセット音が多いわりには良い音が少なかったり、ツマミを使って一瞬で音色を変えるといったことができない（アタック、ディレイ等の機能はあるが、ツマミではなくボタンを何回も押さないといけないため、1曲の中で頻繁に音色を変えにくい。頻繁に変えるなら、1つの音色をアタック等で操作するのではなく、全く別の音色にしなければならない。ストリングス→オルガンみたいな感じで。）ため、非常に不満を感じていました。

しかし最近、このキーボードの長所がわかってきました。まず、バッキングキーボードと言うくらいですから、伴奏には非常に向いています。そのためか、オルガンやピアノの音は比較的良いと思います（エレピは使わないのでわからないです）。もう1つは、タッチレスポンス機能のおかげで、拍感をつけやすかったり繊細な表現ができます。バラードには最適です（ポップス、ロックもいけますけど）。ただ、演奏者の力量はすごい問われます。ちょっとした力加減で音の大きさがかなり変わるので、繊細な表現をしやすいぶん粗も目立ちやすいです。

シンセとしての操作性・機能性は低いですが、キーボードとしてなら十分使えます。頑張ればバンドでも使えます。でも、バンドに最適なもの、とは言い難いですね。そういうわけで評価は4つにしました。
