The 215L discrete sweepable filter is a unique filter unit that outputs a natural sound ""as you want it to sound."" Its highly practical performance allows you to reliably achieve your desired sound with excellent reproducibility. It will prove its worth in all studios and live stages. The 215L design consists of a 6dB/oct passive low-pass filter and a 12dB/oct passive high-pass filter. Each filter circuit is isolated by a transistor buffer circuit, also used in the famous 550 series. This minimizes mutual interference between filters and allows for stress-free signal transmission to the next circuit by providing a low-impedance output. The input section uses an electronically balanced circuit with the original API2510 operational amplifier. This ensures that the optimal input signal is always maintained regardless of the connected device. The output section uses a floating-balanced circuit with the original API2520 operational amplifier and output transformer. The filter range is adjustable in two bands from 20Hz to 20kHz. The low-pass filter supports 500Hz to 20kHz, and the high-pass filter supports 20Hz to 600Hz, covering the entire audible range. The 215L can be used with Legacy Series Consoles or L200R. By using the original 2520 and 2510 operational amplifiers, exceptional reliability, long lifespan, and stable performance are achieved.
