1. Launch the JBL PRO CONNECT app.
2. Touch More at the bottom right of the Setup screen
3. Touch Firmware Update
4. Touch the mark on the right edge. Download and installation will begin.
5. Once it reaches 100%, the reboot will begin.


1. With the speaker powered on, press and hold the DUCK and PHANTOM buttons until the four LEDs of CH1-4 flash.
2. When the flashing stops, the main unit will restart.


1. Try turning the speaker off and on again.
2. Try deleting the app and re-installing it.
3. Try unpairing/reconnecting and restarting the app.
4. Check to see if there are any home appliances such as a microwave oven or hair dryer nearby that might interfere with the wireless connection.
5. Try resetting the main unit.

*After Bluetooth pairing, if there is no signal on Bluetooth or analog input, the speaker will enter OFF mode after 20 minutes. Pressing any button or playing the audio source on a Bluetooth paired device will restore the device.

*As of December 14, 2023, the latest firmware has integrated JBL Compact CONNECT → JBL PRO CONNECT.
