The Nicerizer 16mk2 is a product born from numerous requests from Pro Tools and other DAW users.
Rather than completing the mix within the DAW, the Nicerizer 16mk2 is based on the idea of grouping each part of the mix, outputting it as an analog signal to an external device, and then mixing it again in analog to add a unique airiness to the sound and give the final result a more natural power.

The Nicerizer 16mk2 achieves outstanding results by combining what Phoenix Audio is most acclaimed for by professionals—a Class A output stage—with the latest transformerless Class A discrete line input stage. It's a 16-in/2-out solution in a 2U rackmount size. Each input channel is equipped with a PAN control and +8dB boost switch (though there are no level controls for each channel), the monitor section features a headphone output and a monitor channel selector, and the output section features a stereo width control and output level control.
