Strobe light type

The mainstream type used a xenon lamp, but recently the long life and quick response LED type is increasing.

Xenon lamp

A xenon lamp does not emit light by energizing a filament like an incandescent lamp, but obtains light by applying a voltage to a tube filled with xenon gas and discharging it. It features lower power consumption and longer life than incandescent bulbs.

LED type

Recently, LED type strobe lights with less heat generation, greater energy efficiency, longer life and quicker response than xenon lamps have been developed, but the wattage is currently lower than that of xenon lamps.

Function

A strobe light demonstrates its value in low light areas such as clubs and live houses. A bright white light is emitted in flashes like a camera flash. The small type strobe light only adjusts the flash speed, but the large type strobe light can adjust the flash speed and brightness. In addition, some products are equipped with a sound active mode (they respond to sound), so you can show random movements without manual control.

Control method

There are some products that do not have the sound active mode. However, even with products that are not equipped with it, various controls are possible by using the DMX controller etc.
