If you bought a guitar but do not know how to change the strings yet, check this out! Please rest assured! If you can see the Sound House Tora no Maki, even beginners can easily change the strings. String replacement is smoother if you have wire cutters and a string winder. When working, please be careful not to get injured by strings or wire cutters.
Loosen the strings.
Cut the strings with wire cutters.
Remove the strings.
Pass the new string through the bridge.
Cut the string by using the peg post two points ahead of the peg post actually attached as a guideline.
Insert the cut tip into the peg post hole.
Rewind the string while holding the tip of the string in place.
Stretch the strings.
Start tuning.

Loosen the strings.
Cut the strings with wire cutting nippers.
Remove the strings.
※ Because the bridge will come off with the tune-o-matic,
be careful not to damage the body.
Pass the new string through the bridge and through the peg post hole.
Allow some room for the strings and make creases before winding.
Wind the strings from inside to outside.
※ Be careful not to wind in the opposite direction.
Stretch the strings.
Start tuning.

Remove the lock nut cap.
Loosen the strings.
[Point] Do not remove all the strings at once, but change them one by one.
Cut the strings with wire cutters.
With the arm down, lift the bridge and loosen the string lock screw to remove the strings.
Take a new string and cut the ball end.
Plain strings are generally cut at the end of the ball end so as to remove the twisted section of the string.
Fix the cut strings in the saddle with the insert string lock screw.
Pass the string through the peg post and wind the string while holding the tip of the string in place.
Start tuning.
