Type of mini switch

In addition to the above, there are a wide variety of mini switches on the market. As there are many switches that look the same but have different functions, please check the letters on the side as follows. Just looking at the specifications will help you determine the type of switch.

Wiring method of series-tap-phase change switch

Next , how to wire the series-tap-phase change switch.

First check the color of the wires coming out of each coil of the humbucking pickup.

This wiring is similar to the wiring of the phase switch introduced last time.
Note that the four corner terminals cross each other.

Connect the lead wires of the pickup to the bottom 2 terminals and the 3 terminals on the center left, and the output of the pot or jack to the terminals on the center right.
