Synchronized Tremolo Bridge

FENDER A trademark of the FENDER Stratocaster Bridge, but a very common type of tremolo unit. From smooth arming to floating, all the way to intense arming. If you do not use an arm, tighten the spring hangers on the back of the body to attach the bridge to the body. In most cases, this will help when aiming for stable tuning and improved sustain. String height and octave adjustment are possible for each string.

Telecaster type

A unique shape that mounts the pickup on the bridge plate and determines the sound of the telecaster. There are three-way vintage types (three saddles) and six-way type (six saddles) which allow for adjustment of each saddle. The 3 ways are adjustable for every 2 strings, and 6 ways are adjustable for each string.

Locking tremolo bridge

Floyd Rose is a typical model. The tuning is stabilized by locking the strings at the bridge and nut section. By floating the bridge, the arm can be moved in both directions, up and down, allowing for greater action. Fine tuning is possible with the fine tuner on the bridge side for tuning correction after locking the nuts. String height adjustment is performed by raising and lowering the entire bridge with two studs that are the fulcrum.

Tune automatic / stop tail piece type

It is often used as a Les Paul type bridge, and it is divided into a bridge for carrying a string and a stop tailpiece for fixing a string. The string height adjustment is performed by raising and lowering the entire column at the bridge end. The octave can be adjusted for each string.

Kohler type

The model that gained popularity as a tremolo unit to be attached to a Les Paul type guitar since its first appearance in Japan in the 1980s. The soft touch and the smooth vibrato are attractive. It is also characteristic that the bridge piece is a roller. In recent years, imports have resumed and Kohler types are attracting attention again. String height and octave can be adjusted for each string, and also the string pitch can be adjusted.

Bigsby type

Tremolo unit familiar with Gretsch guitars etc. It supports various shapes and is popular as a replacement unit. It is often used in combination with a bridge such as Tune O Matic. Adjust the tension of the arming by replacing the spring.

Badas style

This model has gained explosive popularity as a replacement part for stopbar type bridges where octave tuning is not possible. A model that combines Tune O's bridge and stop tail piece into one. Has a reputation for long sustain. String height adjustment is done by raising and lowering the entire bridge.
