Security Policy

Sound House, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), as the foundation of its business activities, will continue providing safe and secure information services to all customers, and to be a company that can be thoroughly trusted. In accordance with the following policies, we strive to ensure information security.

1. Establishment of an information security management system

   We will maintain and manage an Information Security Committee in an effort to maintain an information security promotion system and implement an information security system.

   ・Information security manager

   The information security manager is responsible for information security activities, and implementing these information security activities.

   ・Security Management Office

   This is where security policies are created, and the security activities are maintained.

   ・System management room

   This is where the management of all computer equipment, the network environment, peripheral equipment and application software owned by the company is carried out.

   ・Internal auditor

   The internal auditor audits the above information security management system to ensure it is properly implemented and maintained effectively.

2. Internal rules on information security, thorough education

   We will maintain internal rules based on the information security policy. In addition to personal information, we have a clear policy on the handling of general information assets, and ensure that all employees receive continuous security education and training.

3. Information security system

   We have established a management system for information security, and operate a system in which information security measures are thoroughly implemented to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage, falsification, loss, destruction, abuse, etc. of information assets.
