● Required fees other than product price: Consumption tax, postage, transfer fee (for bank transfer), cash on delivery fee (for cash on delivery use), convenience store / Japan Post Bank payment fee
● Defective products: Please refer to the Sound House warranty policy.
● Returns and conditions: In the case of initial defective products and shipping errors, we will only exchange products for customers that contact us within one week after receipt of the delivery. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges / returns of items for other reasons, or for items that have been delivered more than a week before customer notifies us of the problem.
● Return shipping: We will only pay for return shipping if you contact us in advance and the return has been authorized and use the designated shipping company is used.
● Delivery time: In the case of bank transfer, after confirmation of payment to our account; in the case of cash on delivery, after application has been completed and confirmed within our hours of operation; in the case of shopping loan, after completion of examination within our hours of operation; in principle, stock items are shipped immediately when payment is confirmed. ● Payment deadline: In principle, bank transfers are to to be remitted before the deadline of the estimate, cash on delivery is settled at the time of ordering, and shopping loans are settled when the application documents are complete and the screening is approved by the loan company. In both cases, payment / payment deadline is not specified until the payment is confirmed.
