Minimum price guarantee

■Domestic minimum price guarantee

All products are guaranteed to have the lowest price in Japan. Within 14 days of purchasing the product, if the same standard product is sold at a price lower than the Sound House price at another store, the difference will be refunded or held in your account for your next purchase.

■World's lowest price guarantee

If the Sound House price is higher than the advertised price at dealers around the world within 14 days after purchasing the product of an overseas manufacturer for whom we are the distributor, the difference can be refunded or used against your next purchase.

Please note the following conditions:

• Of the brand products that Sound House serves as an authorized import agent, the products sold through other authorized overseas agents are to be compared.
• The applicable exchange rate will be rounded to the nearest 1 yen in the direction of 5% as a risk of fluctuations against the rate on the day, and depreciation of the yen.
• For products that are not eligible, please refer to “Products not covered by the minimum price guarantee”.

■Products not covered by the minimum price guarantee

• Inventory disposal products
• Special campaign priced products of manufacturers and distributors
• Consumer goods
• Auction, second-hand goods
• Wholesale prices not generally advertised
• Parts
• The store is out of stock
• Products imported directly from overseas (domestic minimum price guarantee)

■Notes

• The bank transfer fee at the time of refund will be paid by the customer.
• Compensation is for the selling price only, and points are not eligible.
