I own the previous model DSC4 which have regular small issues but sounds good in general. Found this one very expensive. The problem with A-Audio is its support service which is incredible bad, ludicrous. Bad enough to switched me off, I will certainly change to an alternative brand as RME or other.

Bad sound, having issue, not very working properly morevover AA’s support customer is very ludicrous. RME is doing a better job.
