The ELECTRO-HARMONIX / Big Muff Pi Original is a reissue of the Big Muff, famously used by Jimi Hendrix, Santana, and others. It retains all the great qualities of the original while significantly reducing noise. Its rich, heavy sound continues to captivate players even more than 40 years after its release, making it a representative guitar fuzz/distortion pedal.
This model is a reissue of the 1973 Ram's Head Big Muff, which is now traded at a very high price, by the original Electro-Harmonix in a compact nano-sized case. Based on the purple paint period called V2, it features excellent separation and a strong sustain. It has also been modified to suit modern times, such as true bypass and support for 9V external power.
The ELECTRO-HARMONIX Nano Big Muff PI is a compact version of the legendary Big Muff, a pedal that continues to captivate players worldwide. It inherits the powerful, loud, and smooth tone of the current Big Muff, and its wall-of-sound roar is still present in its compact size. The rich, sustained sound that only a Big Muff can deliver can easily be incorporated into your pedalboard.
ELECTRO-HARMONIX / Op-Amp Big Muff Pi is a reissue of Op-Amp Big Muff born in the late 1970s. This model is famous for being used by Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins. This 100% analog fuzz pedal faithfully recreates the vintage ""FOXY"" fuzz pedal. It uses Fairchild's NOS 2N3565 transistors, the same ones used in the original circuit. Volume, sustain, and fuzz knobs, along with an Octave sustain switch, are located on the side, allowing for intuitive sound creation. This limited-edition model is available in a special color.
Effects Bakery / Sandwich Fuzz produces a thunderous fuzz sound reminiscent of the Russian fuzz commonly known as Army Green. It has an overwhelming low end and a thick, fat wall of sound.
